We use professional automatic cutting machines to precisely cut large pieces of fabric, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and higher efficiency for bulk production.
Your brand labels and care instructions are applied using professional heat transfer technology, ensuring durability and a premium look.
Experienced workers sew the garments with careful attention to stitching quality, fit, and overall workmanship.
Each garment is ironed and finished to ensure it looks polished, neat, and ready for market presentation.
Our in-house QC team conducts a full inspection of all garments according to AQL 2.5 standards, checking measurements, stitching, appearance, and labeling.
Garments are safely packed following your packaging requirements. All products pass through a needle detection machine for safety assurance before binning.
We arrange logistics according to your preference — by express, air, or sea — and share the shipping details so you can track your order easily.
